Crest Avenue and a subdivision of Lot 1C, U.S. Survey 1080 and of Lots 11 and 12, Block 1, Ocean View Tracts Subdivision of a portion of U.S. Survey 1080), according to the plat thereof filed August 27, 1992 as Plat No. 92-38, Ketchikan Recording District, First Judicial District, State of Alaska. The address of the property is 2987 South Tongass Highway, Ketchikan, AK 99901. Trustor is in default as payment of the secured note is 5 months or more past due, late charges are past due in the amount of $166.15, and property assessments in the amount of $1371.20 or more are also past due.
