The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generally includes: Restroom remodel/upgrades including the restrooms in the High School wing, the Elementary wing, and Special Education restroom; Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements including modifying landing to meet 60" x 60" requirement; mechanical and electrical improvements in the Janitor's room including replacing the main building water isolation valve and electric panel relocation; and other miscellaneous related WORK. All work must conform to the requirements provided in the bid documents.
