SECTION 106 NOTICE OF PROPOSED TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANTENNAS GCI Communication Corp (GCI) would like to place on notice a proposal to install two new telecommunications facilities by installing: four Starlink antennas at 23 feet on the existing 20-foot-tall building located at 90 Aaksaik Road, Noatak, AK 99761 (67° 34 7.00 North latitude and 162° 59 4.00 West longitude) and four Starlink antennas at 24 feet on the existing 22-foot-tall building located at 8 Bering Street, Kivalina, AK 99750 (67° 43 41.16 North latitude and 164° 32 27.49 West longitude).
