SECTION 106 NOTICE OF PROPOSED TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANTENNAS GCI Communication Corp (GCI) would like to place on notice a proposal to install two new telecommunications facilities by installing: one Starlink antenna at 29 feet on the existing 33-foot-tall building located at 2105 Main St, Adak AK 99546 (51.868056 North latitude and 176.640019 West longitude) and two Starlink antennas at 24 feet on the existing 22-foot-tall building located at 8 Bering Street, Kivalina AK 99750 (67.728717 North latitude and 164.543847 West longitude).
