SECTION 106 NOTICE OF PROPOSED TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANTENNA GCI Communication Corp (GCI) would like to place on notice a proposal to install a new telecommunications facility by installing two Starlink antennas on the rooftop of an existing building located at 168 3rd Ave, Eagle, AK 99738 (64° 47 04.1 North latitude and 141° 1223.5 West longitude). The antenna is proposed to be mounted at a height of 34 feet above ground level on the existing 32 foot tall building.
