SECTION 106 NOTICE OF PROPOSED TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANTENNA GCI Communication Corp (GCI) would like to place on notice a proposal to install a new telecommunications facility by constructing a new dish antenna mounted on a non-penetrating pipe mast tower. The overall height of the antenna will not exceed 12 feet above ground level. The facility will be located near the corner of Birch Road and Willow Road, Stony River, AK 99557 (61° 47' 17.88" North latitude and 156° 35' 10.91" West longitude).
