SECTION 106 NOTICE OF PROPOSED TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANTENNA GCI Communication Corp (GCI) would like to place on notice a proposal to install a new telecommunications facility by installing four Starlink antennas on the rooftop of an existing building located at 1000 Polivenia Turnpike, St Paul, AK 99660 (57° 7 21.0 North latitude and 170° 16 28.0 West longitude). The antenna is proposed to be mounted at a height of 27 feet above ground level on the existing 25 foot tall building.
