RurAL CAP Weatherization Request for Quotes RurAL CAP-WX-25-Q-024 Rural Village Heating Stoves Project Closes December 23th 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Rural Alaska Community Action Program, Inc., (RurAL CAP) Weatherization Department, is seeking quotes from Alaska owned and licensed business, to provide weatherization quotes for Toyo and wood stoves. These stoves will be sent out to our rural village communities. Whoever provides us with the best offer, we are seeking to contract with your business to buy these heating stoves over the next year, with an option to extend it for an extra year. Funding for the Weatherization services is being provided by the State of Alaska and or the US Department of Energy (DOE). RFQ's must be in accordance with the specifications and general conditions set forth in the solicitation.
