RFB 26-DEERING-02 The Northwest Inupiat Housing Authority (NIHA) is seeking Bids from qualified individuals and or firms to provide General Residential Electrical Contractor Services for two (2) single family units. This project is a federally funded housing development project in Deering, AK. NIHA will select a firm based on evaluation factors, native preference will be given, as allowed under HUD regulations and NIHA policies. Bids will be accepted until Monday, February 16, 2026 3:30 pm (AST) at the office of NIHA. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and returned un-opened.
