REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Kodiak Island Borough will receive sealed bids until 2:00pm (local time), August 4, 2026, for the Solid Waste Collection Contract in Kodiak, Alaska. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: solid waste collection services for the Kodiak Island Borough and City Road System. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on June 30. 2026 at 10:00am (local time) held inperson at the Kodiak Island Borough Conference Room (121), 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK, 99615 or via Microsoft Teams. Only registered proposers will receive a link to the Teams meeting a day prior to the pre-proposal meeting. Complete bidding documents for this project are available in electronic form.
