REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Kodiak Island Borough will receive sealed proposals until 2:30pm (local time), October 2, 2026, for the KIB Landfill After-Hours Bear Management contract in Kodiak, Alaska. The Borough is seeking a qualified and experienced wildlife management contractor to provide after-hours, non-lethal Bear Management services at the Borough Landfill. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on September 22, 2026, at 10:00am (local time) held in-person at the Kodiak Island Borough Conference Room (121), 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK, 99615 or via Microsoft Teams. Only registered proposers will receive a link to the Teams meeting a day prior to the pre-proposal meeting. Complete bidding documents for this project are available in electronic form.
