RFP includes shipping, delivery, and set up on Helical Pile Foundation to location in South Naknek, Alaska. The homes must be designed and built for efficient operation, easy to maintain, and comfortable for our Arctic conditions. This project includes: * Successful bidder will be responsible for all Civil Construction; including demolition and site preparation. * Successful bidder will be responsible for all Infrastructure including but not limited to hooking up sewer, water, and electric to local service. * Successful bidder will be responsible for all work from design build and inception to completion. * Successful bidder will be responsible for any subcontractor work understanding that all subcontractors must abide by: HUD regulations, Bristol Bay Borough Codes, State of Alaska Codes (ADEC), EPA, NEC Codes, IRC Codes for additional scope of work. * Successful bidder will be responsible for complying with US Department of Labor, David-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) and State of Alaska Department of Labor & Workforce Development wage rates. Our date for the completion of at least 1 home is August 15, 2026, and the last done before October 15, 2026, subject to extension for good cause. The modulars need to be scheduled for the barge to South Naknek. Proposals will be ranked based on factors such as proposer's experience and qualifications, price, value, design, suitability, and Alaska Native/Native American preference.
