REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction and Related Professional Services. Chistochina Enterprises (Owner) hereby invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for construction and related professional services for multiple existing buildings located in Chistochina, Alaska. The term of the proposed IDIQ contract is five years with an option to extend for a second five year term. The Owner has funding available to issue a task order for refurbishment of the existing community hall in Chistochina with work to be completed by October 2026. A complete proposal package shall be submitted to the Owner via email to gdrinkwater@chistochinaenterprises.com and joel.neimeyer@gmail.com. Any amendments to the request for proposal will be posted at the Owner's website. The proposal must be attached to an email with the subject line reading: PROPOSAL RESPONSE: Chistochina Enterprises Construction and Related Professional Services. Due date for the proposals shall be November 25, 2025 (Tuesday), no later than 3:00 PM (Alaska Time).
