REQUEST FOR BIDS Nikiski Combined Cycle Power Plant Bypass Damper The Alaska Electricity and Energy Cooperative (AEEC) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to furnish and deliver a combustion turbine bypass damper (diverter damper), including all associated equipment and documentation necessary for installation and integration at the Nikiski Power Plant, located at 48169 Kenai Spur Hwy, Nikiski, Alaska 99611. AEEC is not responsible for any costs incurred by vendors while developing a bid. All bidders must, at a minimum, be licensed in the State of Alaska as a General Contractor and provide proof of insurance as follows: * General (Public) Liability Insurance - $2,000,000 * Auto Liability Insurance - $1,000,000 * Workers' Compensation with Employer's Liability coverage of not less than $500,000 To obtain an RFB package, consultants must register on HEA's VendorLink system at: https://www.homerelectric.com/bids/.
