REQUEST FOR BIDS Homer Office Front Entrance Improvement Homer Electric Association, Inc. (HEA) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace the existing front entrance of the Homer office building located at 3977 Lake Street, Homer, Alaska. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition and replacement of existing concrete walkways and steps, installation of a new ADA concrete ramp, replacement of parking lot asphalt and stripping, and relocation of various posts and signs. HEA is not responsible for any costs vendors incur while developing a bid. All bidders must, at a minimum, be licensed in the State of Alaska as a General Contractor and provide proof of insurance as follows: General (Public) Liability Insurance - $2,000,000 Auto Liability Insurance - $1,000,000 Workers' Compensation / Employers' Liability Insurance, as required by State Law To obtain an RFB package, vendors must register to download the package from HEA's website: https://www.homerelectric.com/bids/.
