Public Notice Alaska Housing Finance Corporation Waiting List Opening for Ptarmigan Park S8N Multifamily Housing Program, Anchorage Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is currently accepting applications for placement on its Ptarmigan Park S8N Multifamily Housing Waiting List. AHFC will be opening its 2 and 3-bedroom waiting list(s). 1. Applications will be accepted beginning 2/3/2026. 2. Each applicant family may only submit one application. Duplicate applications will be withdrawn. 3. All applicants will receive written notification with the status of their application. 4. Waiting List applications can be found online at https://www.ahfc.us/tenants/rental- programs/waiting-list-status. Choose the "Application" link in the AHFC-Owned Housing column for Anchorage. 5. You may mail your completed application, hand-deliver it, or place it in the drop box located outside the Anchorage Family Investment Center. If you wish to mail it, send it to PO Box 241385.
