Proposed Early Transfer of Federal Property — Alaska Native Medical Center The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service (IHS), proposes to transfer the Alaska Native Medical Center, Tract B-2, Tudor Centre Subdivision, 4315 Diplomacy Drive, Anchorage, Alaska to the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium prior to completion of environmental cleanup pursuant to CERCLA Section 120(h)(3)(C). The property contains hazardous substances in soil and groundwater. The deed conveying the property will include a covenant that any remedial action found to be necessary after the date of transfer will be conducted by the United States.
