PUBLIC NOTICE The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) is considering a request for Federal assistance from Eklutna, Inc. to construct an expansion of the Artillery Park Industrial Park in Eagle River, Anchorage, Alaska. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), EDA is conducting an assessment of the potential of the proposed project to affect the environment and/or historic properties. The project will add a third building to the Artillery Park Industrial Park on an adjoining lot owned by Eklutna, Inc. The project will be located by 10950 Mausel St, Eagle River, AK 99577.
