PUBLIC NOTICE – TERMINATION OF PERMISSIVE OCCUPANCY AND TRESPASS Notice is hereby given that Jesalyn Ann Schloesser was a permissive occupant (guest without lease or rental agreement) at the residence located at 7430 Solarset Circle, Anchorage, Alaska 99507. Due to conduct occurring at the residence, including violations of agreements, house rules and unlawful activity, permission to occupy the premises was revoked. A Five (5) Day Notice to Quit for Illegal Activity was issued, followed by a Notice of Trespass. A Fifteen (15) Day Notice of Abandoned Property was subsequently issued and expired on April 10, 2026, A detailed inventory of known property was accomplished, with pickup of property occurring on March 27, 2026. All personal property remaining after expiration of the abandonment notice has been addressed in accordance with applicable Alaska law governing abandoned property. Effective upon expiration of the above notices, the individual has no legal right to occupy or enter the property, any unauthorized entry may be subject to enforcement under Alaska criminal trespass statutes, and the property owner does not assume responsibility for any personal property, vehicles, debts, or finances associated with the individual. This notice is published to establish a public record of termination of permissive occupancy, revocation of access, disposition of abandoned property, and release of all other responsibilities associated with this guest.
