PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Native Village of Kivalina – Housing Relocation Coordinator The Native Village of Kivalina is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to serve as a Housing Relocation Coordinator to support housing planning for the relocation of the community to the Kisimgiugtuq Hill (K-Hill) site. Services include community engagement, housing needs assessment, evaluation of existing housing for potential relocation, and development of housing strategies.
