Notice of Public Meeting City of Wasilla Wasilla Airport Runway Extension The City of Wasilla, with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the lead federal agency, is conducting an Environmental Assessment (EA) to extend Runway 04/22 approximately 2,300 feet (from 3,700 feet to 6,000 feet). The City of Wasilla is hosting a public meeting to provide the public with information about the proposed runway extension project.
