Notice of Unalakleet Native Corporation Board Vacancy and Solicitation of Applications UNC seeks shareholders interested in filling a vacant seat on the UNC Board of Directors. In accordance with UNC's bylaws, the individual appointed to fill the vacancy will serve for the seat's remaining term, until the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in November 2027. Any shareholder over the age of 18 years who is interested in being considered for appointment to fill the vacant seat must file a completed application with UNC. The deadline to file a complete application with UNC is 5:00 pm AKST on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
