NOTICE TO PROPOSERS NOTICE is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by: North Slope Borough (Borough) Port Authority Department (Port Authority) Attn: Hina Kilioni, Deputy Director North Slope Borough Anchorage Office Location: 2550 Denali St Suite 1200 Anchorage, AK 99503 The project title Nanushuk Formation Survey: Phase II, your vendor/firm's name, the words "Bid Enclosed", bid date and name of Project Administrator must appear on the outside envelope of all bids in accordance with the North Slope Borough Municipal Code § 2.36.080 (A). Proposers are responsible for the timely delivery of proposals to the person and address listed above. Bids will be received until Friday, November 21, 2025, local time 5:00PM AKST, for geotechnical surveys and data collection services as described more completely in the Request for Proposals (RFP) entitled Nanushuk Formation Survey: Phase II. Proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud at 4:00 p.m. at the North Slope Borough Anchorage Office at 2550 Denali Street, Suite 1200, Anchorage, AK 99503. If using USPS, items may be sent to our mailing address: 2550 Denali Street, Suite 1200, Anchorage, Alaska 99503, addressed to the North Slope Borough Port Authority Department, attention to the Deputy Director, with the sealed bid envelope inside of the mailing envelope. However, you are still responsible for ensuring your bid is timely received at the physical address listed above. Proposals received after the time announced for the bid closing, which will be 4PM AKST unless otherwise specified, will not be considered. Early submittals are encouraged. Delays due to weather, airline schedules or other unknown variables will not be considered an exception to the deadline requirements. Faxed or emailed RFPs to any Borough employee or representative will not be accepted. Bids are received when they have been date stamped and time indicated by the Contract Administrator or designee. All potential bidders are required to register as plan holders on the North Slope Borough procurement website in order to receive electronic delivery of project updates and addendums.
