Proceeds will be applied to the judgment against Virginia Rafael entered March 16, 2018, in Pitchford, et al v. Rafael, et al., 3AN-16-08177CI. The sale is of the property described as: Lot 4, Block 8, Hillcrest Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof, refiled under Plat 71-118, records of the Anchorage Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska, More commonly known as 1130 Contrary Court, Anchorage, Alaska 99515. The amount of the judgment as of March 16, 2017, was $65,525.85, plus interest accruing after the date of judgment at 5.0%, not including allowable fees and costs incurred since the date of judgment and less credit for $2,078.40 recovered from the defendant to date.
