NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS — Architectural & Engineering Design Services, 12-Unit Senior Housing Project, Talkeetna, Alaska. Upper Susitna Seniors, Inc. (USSI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving the Willow-to-Talkeetna corridor of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, is requesting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms (including general contractors with in-house, licensed A/E capability) to provide design services — schematic design through a complete, certified construction document set — for a new 12-unit senior housing development in Talkeetna. The project is funded by a HUD Community Project Funding grant and will be procured using qualifications-based selection under 2 CFR 200.320(b)(2); no fee proposal is submitted at this stage.
