NOTICE OF INFORMATIONAL TARIFF FILING Blue Arctic Waste Solutions, LLC (Blue Arctic) hereby gives notice that TA21-756 was filed with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (Commission) on February 27, 2026. With this informational tariff revision, Blue Arctic increases its commercial roll cart disposal surcharge from 17% to 19% for its customers in Anchorage, Eagle River and Chugiak areas. The disposal surcharge increase applies only to the service rate for all commercial roll cart refuse collection services. This is in response to the annual increases as detailed in AO 2022-91(s) and the new Healthy Spaces surcharge imposed on the hauler by Municipality of Anchorage Solid Waste Services to keep up with the rising costs to dump. Blue Arctic expects this tariff filing will become effective for bills rendered for services provided on or after April 1, 2026.
