NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND ELECTION TO SELL UNDER DEED OF TRUST This NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND ELECTION TO SELL is given by Hal P. Gazaway, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee, under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Royal Cutway and Jeri McEvers, husband and wife, as Trustors, to Robert J. Rogers, an unmarried person, as Trustee, in favor of Robert J. Rogers as Beneficiary, dated February 10, 2017, recorded February 13, 2017, as Instrument No. 2017-005825-0, in the Anchorage Recording District, State of Alaska. By reason thereof, and under the terms of the Note and Deed of Trust, the Beneficiary has declared all sums so secured to be immediately due and payable, together with any trustee fees, attorney fees, costs and advances made to protect the security associated with this foreclosure.
