The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services needed to complete the project. Bidding Documents are available without charge at www.aeplans.com. Bidders must register to receive Addenda. ECI will receive bids electronically on behalf of the District. Submit each bid as a single combined PDF by email to justins@ecialaska.com before 2:00 p.m. local daylight time on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. A Bid Bond is required with the Bid, and original executed paper copy of the Bid Bond or an electronic copy submitted by email must be received prior to the bid deadline. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by teleconference or videoconference at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
