INVITATION TO BID The Kodiak Island Borough will receive sealed bids until 2:30pm (local time), June 16, 2026, for the Environmental Services Contract. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: provide environmental services at the Kodiak Fisheries Research Center, Baler Facility, Borough Landfill, and Leachate Treatment plant. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 2, 2026, at 10:00am (local time) at Borough Conference Room 121, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK, 99615.
