INVITATION TO BID REFRIGERATION/FREEZE MAINTENANCE Kashunamiut School District is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced refrigeration contractors to provide ongoing and periodic preventive maintenance, inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial refrigeration and freezer equipment used in the District's National School Lunch Program (NSLP) food service operations. Bids will be accepted via email by the Kashunamiut School District and shall be emailed to: Antonia Moses at amoses@chevakschool.org and Lucienne Smith at lucienne.smith@akebs.com Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. Alaska time on Friday, October 16, 2026. Bids will be opened the following Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Bid review and notice of intent to award shall occur within 7 days of the bid opening date. Confirmation of that award will occur after being ratified by the Kashunamiut School District Board of Education.
