Chatman has filed a quiet title action regarding the following-described real property: A parcel of land located entirely within Government Lot 2 of Section 30, Township 20 North, Range 7 East, Seward Meridian, located in the Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska, being Parcel 1 of Waiver Resolution Serial No. 74-18-PWm, recorded January 30, 1979, as Plat No. 79-95W, more particularly described as follows: That portion of Lot 2 which lies North of the Glenn Highway, located in Section 30, Township 20 North, Range 7 East, Seward Meridian, located in the Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska (the "Property"), which is commonly known as 52505 W. Glenn Highway, Sutton, Alaska 99674. James Patrick Chatman, William E. Chatman, anyone claiming through them, and any unknown defendants claiming an interest in the above-described real property are hereby summoned and required to file with the Court an answer to the Complaint filed in this case.
