SEQ.] NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Judgment was entered in the above captioned action on December 9, 2025, and was recorded in the Anchorage Recording District on February 18, 2026, at Recording Number 2026-004118-0. The Judgment was entered in the total judgment amount of $1,789,401.74, plus interest at the rate of $159.97 per diem from September 2023, 2025 until the judgment is paid in full. No payments or credits have been made toward the Judgment and the Judgment amount of $1,789,401.74 plus accrued interest remains due and owing. One parcel of Real Property that the Judgment attached to is Real Property owned by Patrick Juan McGowan ("Judgment Debtor").
