Case No. 4FA-26-01430CI NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES AND UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Estate of Donald A. Peterson and the Estate of Louise J. Peterson have filed a quiet title action regarding the following-described real property: A portion of Lot 13 of Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Fairbanks Meridian; Fairbanks Recording District, Fourth Judicial District, State of Alaska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract 5 of Terry-Kent Acres Subdivision, according to the plat filed August 3, 1961 as Instrument No. 61-5300 (now vacated); Records of the Fairbanks Recording District; Thence South 89°57' West 452.65 feet to a concrete monument (corner No. 61204); Thence continuing on said course to the meander line at the ordinary high water mark on the North bank of the Chena River; Thence upstream in a generally Easterly direction to a point that is North 89°57' East from the Point of Beginning; Thence South 89°57' West 420.00 feet along the South boundary line of Tract 4 of said subdivision and of Marion Drive to the Point of Beginning (the "Property"). Anyone claiming an interest in Peterson Navigation Company, Inc. and/or the Estate of Eugene R. Belland, and any unknown defendants claiming an interest in the above-described real property are hereby summoned and required to file with the Court an answer to the Complaint filed in this case. Your answer must be filed with the Court at 101 Lacey Street, Fairbanks, AK 99701, within 30 days after the last date of publication of this notice. In addition, a copy of your answer must be sent to Plaintiffs' attorney, DanaLyn Dalrymple of Dalrymple Law, P.C., whose address is 353 S. Denali Street, Palmer, Alaska 99645. If you fail to file your answer within the required time, a default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The relief demanded is to quiet title in Plaintiffs as described in the Complaint. You have been made a party to this action because you may have an interest in the Property in dispute in this case.
