GCI Communication Corp (GCI) would like to place on notice a proposal to modify an existing telecommunications facility located at the corner of Airport Jct Rd and Cemetry Rd, Wales, AK 99783 (65.616161 North latitude and 168.089622 West longitude). The installation will consist of three new Starlink antenna arrays each mounted on a non-penetrating ground support frame that will not exceed 15 feet above ground level.
