
FORECLOSURE SALE – ANCHORAGE Real property will be sold for cash (meaning currency of the United States of America, Cashier's Check(s) from a bank with a branch in Anchorage, Alaska, or Post Office money order), to the highest bidder, in the main lobby (west end) of the Boney State Courthouse, 303 K Street, Anchorage, Alaska, on August 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (outside the front door of the courthouse if it is locked for any reason).
