ENVIRONMENTAL NOTICE OF PROPOSED TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC (AWN) would like to place on notice a proposed telecommunications Cell-On-Wheels located at 60° 07' 13.9" North latitude and 149° 26' 18.1" West longitude located within the community of Seward, AK 99664. The structure is proposed to be a non-lit 63 foot (122 feet above mean sea level) Cell-On-Wheels mast. The application for this proposed project can be viewed at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering the ASR file# A1383600. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review (Request) with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) within 30 days after notice is posted on the FCC's website.
