ENVIRONMENTAL AND SECTION 106 NOTICE OF PROPOSED TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC (AWN) would like to place on notice a proposed telecommunications tower located at 61° 57' 25.2" North latitude and 145° 18' 53.5" West longitude located on Klutina Lake Rd, Copper Center, AK 99573. The tower is proposed to be a non-lit 160-foot (1303 feet above mean sea level) Lattice Tower. The application for this proposed project can be viewed at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering the ASR file# A1388026. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review (Request) with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) within 30 days after notice is posted on the FCC's website. The FCC strongly encourages interested parties to file a Request online. Instructions for making such filings can be found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
