ENVIRONMENTAL AND SECTION 106 NOTICE OF PROPOSED TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC (AWN) would like to place on notice a proposed telecommunications tower located at 71° 18' 28.78" North latitude and 156° 44' 26.75" West longitude located within the community of Utqiagig, AK 99723. The tower is proposed to be a non-lit 105 foot (112 feet above mean sea level) Lattice Tower. The application for this proposed project can be viewed at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering the ASR file# A1086423. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review (Request) with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) within 30 days after notice is posted on the FCC's website. The FCC strongly encourages interested parties to file a Request online. Instructions for making such filings can be found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
