ENVIRONMENTAL AND SECTION 106 NOTICE OF PROPOSED TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC (AWN) would like to place on notice a proposed telecommunications tower located at 55° 20' 35.81" North latitude and 160° 29' 25.75" West longitude located near the Water Tower, Sand Point, AK 99661. The tower is proposed to be 151 foot (320 feet above mean sea level) Lattice Tower. The FAA May require Red Lights (FAA Style A). The application for this proposed project can be viewed at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering the ASR file# A1332652. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review (Request) with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) within 30 days after notice is posted on the FCC's website.
