Cook Inlet Regional Citizens Advisory Council Concerned Citizens Needed Cook Inlet Regional Citizens Advisory Council (CIRCAC) is seeking interested volunteers to serve as Public Members on our standing committees - the Prevention, Response, Operations & Safety Committee (PROPS), or the Environmental Monitoring Committee (EMC). The committees establish and review the work plans for Council programs and projects, and typically meet three times a year. Applicants must be a resident of the Cook Inlet area. There is no compensation, though all meeting expenses are paid.
