COOK INLET HOUSING AUTHORITY Public Notice Annual Performance Report COOK INLET HOUSING AUTHORITY (CIHA) will accept written comments on its draft FY 2025 Annual Performance Report (APR). The APR assesses CIHA's affordable housing activities in support of its Indian Housing Plan regarding the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA), which is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). The draft APR will be available for public inspection from March 23 through March 30, 2026, during normal business hours at the following location: Cook Inlet Housing Authority 3510 Spenard Road, Suite 100 Anchorage, AK 99503 Public comments concerning the APR received on or before 5:00 p.m. on March 30, 2026, will be included or summarized in CIHA's final FY 2025 APR to HUD.
