CITY OF KENAI NOTICE OF PUBLIC SEALED BID AUCTION: Notice is hereby given that the City of Kenai will sell four (4) City-owned parcels by public sealed bid auction pursuant to Ordinance 3501-2026. The parcels are Lots 1–4, Beaver Loop Acres Addition No. 3, T 5N, R 11W, Sec. 3, Seward Meridian, Kenai Recording District, Alaska (KPB Parcel Nos. 04901068, 04901069, 04901070, 04901071), consisting of vacant undeveloped land containing sand and gravel resources, located along Beaver Loop Road, Kenai, Alaska, and ranging in size from approximately 23.80 to 28.63 acres. Minimum bids are as follows: Lot 1 $310,297; Lot 2 $343,384; Lot 3 $248,983; Lot 4 $148,699. Sale will be by public sealed bid, cash sale only, parcels sold individually to the highest responsible bidder and conveyed by Quitclaim Deed, "as is, where is," without warranty. Gravel extraction requires approval of a Conditional Use Permit under Kenai Municipal Code; permit approval is not guaranteed, and sale is contingent upon the winning bidder obtaining a CUP for Surface Extraction of Natural Resources within two (2) years of bid acceptance.
