
Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities State Project No. SFAPT00545 King Salmon Airport Master Plan Update Open House No. 2 Thursday, March 19, 2026 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Presentation will begin at 12:30 p.m. Bear Trail Lodge Dining Room Mile 1 Bear Trail, King Salmon, AK The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is hosting the second open house for the King Salmon Airport (AKN) Master Plan Update. This meeting is a chance to meet the project team, ask questions, and review project alternatives for possible inclusion in the Plan. The doors will open at 12-noon for light snacks and refreshments, and the presentation will begin at 12:30 p.m. A virtual meeting link will be provided on the project website for those unable to attend in person. Comments on the project can be shared during the public meeting or submitted in writing and emailed to kingsalmonairport@dowl.com.
