Loussac Library, Atrium 3600 Denali St, Anchorage, AK, 99503 The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) invites you to an open house for the Seward Highway & Tudor Road Interchange Reconstruction project. With more than 80,000 vehicles per day, this interchange connects Anchorage's primary north/south and east/west transportation corridors, providing essential access and mobility for the Anchorage Bowl. Upgrades will improve safety, reduce congestion, and support mobility for all users. Join us to learn about the project area, goals and objectives, meet the team, ask questions, and share your feedback. Comments can be submitted during the open house, online at www.TudorInterchange.com, or emailed to TudorInterchange@dowl.com. Meeting materials will be available on the project website beginning December 10, 2025. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by DOT&PF pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated April 13, 2023, and executed by FHWA and DOT&PF.
