ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Denali Borough School District Healy, AK Tri-Valley K-12 School Sewer System Replacement Project * General Notice The Denali Borough School District (Owner) is requesting Bids for construction of the following Project: Tri-Valley K-12 School Sewer System Replacement Project Bids for the construction of the Project can be hand delivered to the Tri-Valley School located at 247 Suntrana Avenue, Healy, AK, 99743 or mailed to P.O. Box 280, Healy AK 99743. Bids must be received by Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. There will be a public bid opening on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time at the Respec Fairbanks Office located at 1028 Aurora Drive, Fairbanks, AK 99709. The work generally consists of but is not limited to: replacement of the existing sewer system. Replacement construction includes the installation of a 6,000-gallon septic tank, approximately 100 ft of 6-in SDR17 HDPE pipe, 150 ft of 4-in SDR17 HDPE pipe, and four 80-foot-long deep trench leach fields. The Contract Documents may be examined on the AEPlans website at www.aeplans.com. The bidder is responsible for periodically checking the site for additional and updated information. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time at the RESPEC Fairbanks Office. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Those who would like to participate in the meeting virtually may do so via MS Teams.
