This project will provide upgrades and replacement of the heating system and overhead doors in located in NSB Shops 1, 2, & 3. The project is known as NSB Barrow Mechanic Shops 1, 2, & 3- Overhead Doors and Heating System Hybrid Upgrades, Project No. 08-109. Deadline for bid submittal is on or before July 31, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 4:00 p.m. at the upstairs CIPM conference room at 1689 Okpik Street, Barrow, AK. Your submittal is to be sent to the attention of the Contract Administrator, Jennifer Gueco and the following must appear on the outside of your bid submission, project title, project number, your vendor/firm's name, the words "Bid Enclosed", bid date and name of Project Administrator in accordance with the North Slope Borough Municipal Code § 2.36.080 (A). Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery of bids to Jennifer Gueco, Contract Administrator at the address listed above. Early submittals are encouraged. Bidders are responsible for advising their courier companies of the instruction above to avoid misplacement of their bid submission. Delays due to weather, airline schedules or other unknown variables will not be considered an exception to the deadline requirements. Bids are received when date stamped and time marked on your submission by the Contract Administrator or designee.
