The Work consists of general construction of water and sewer service connections, providing new underground and aboveground services to five homes; base bid for service installations to Houses 402, 826 and 1824 with additive alternate bids for Houses 470 and 325. The scope includes installing all new heat-traced and insulated arctic water and vacuum sewer service piping with service boxes containing vacuum sewer and circulating water components and controls. The project is known as AW W&S Connections – PHO, Point Hope Alaska, CIP #59162. Deadline for bid submittal is on or before May 21, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 4:00 p.m. at the upstairs CIPM conference room at 1689 Okpik Street, Barrow, AK.
