NOTICE OF MEETINGS ALASKA CORPORATION FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING JOINT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING The JOINT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP and BOARD Meeting of the ALASKA CORPORATION FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING (ACAH), a public corporation and government instrumentality of, but having a legal existence independent of and separate from, the State of Alaska, will meet at 9:30 a.m. on October 21, 2025, in the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation ("AHFC") boardroom at 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska. THE AGENDA will include: A. Approval of the minutes for the October 30, 2024 Membership Meeting; B. Approval of the minutes for the October 30, 2024 Annual Board Meeting C. Membership Business: 1.) Annual Election of Directors; D. Board Business: 1) Board Members Oath of Office and Conflict of Interest; 2) Election of Officers; 3) Activity Update; 4) Consideration of a resolution accepting the annual statement of financial conditions for the Alaska Corporation for Affordable Housing; 5) Consideration of a resolution to approve the fiscal year 2027 operating budget for the Alaska Corporation for Affordable Housing; E. Any other matters as may properly come before the membership. ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).
