CONSOLIDATED HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (HCD) PLAN FOR ALASKA SFY 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report DRAFT FOR PUBLIC COMMENT The SFY2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is available for comment beginning on September 29, 2025. The report can be viewed online at https://www.ahfc.us/pros/references/plans/. You may also request a copy via email at rmattingly@ahfc.us. The CAPER reports the State's progress in meeting its overall five-year HCD Plan priorities. It outlines the resources made available in the State during the past fiscal year, as compared with the annual funding plan summary contained in the SFY2025 Annual Action Plan, and describes the number of Alaskans benefiting from the investment of those resources. The CAPER also contains program-specific information on how the State has utilized its annual entitlements under the HCD Program and other actions taken by the State of Alaska to further the goals and principles of the HCD Plan.
