The work includes procurement, delivery, and installation of new generators. The project is known as Districtwide Generator Replacement & Upgrades, Project No. 06-201. Deadline for bid submittal is on or before December 11, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 4:00 p.m. at the upstairs CIPM conference room at 1689 Okpik Street, Barrow, AK. Your submittal is to be sent to the attention of the Assistant Contract Administrator, Marilyn Pico and the following must appear on the outside of your bid submission, project title, project number, your vendor/firm's name, the words "Bid Enclosed", bid date and name of Project Administrator in accordance with the North Slope Borough Municipal Code § 2.36.080 (A). Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery of bids to Marylin Pico, Assistant Contract Administrator at the address listed above. Early submittals are encouraged. Bidders are responsible for advising their courier companies of the instruction above to avoid misplacement of their bid submission. Delays due to weather, airline schedules or other unknown variables will not be considered an exception to the deadline requirements. Bids are received when date stamped and time marked on your submission by the Assistant Contract Administrator or designee. Please be advised that the United States Post Office does not make deliveries to physical addresses.
